Our luxurious beach house, is located in the pristine gated community of Beaumont Gardens in Mayaro which has 24/7 security. Our beach house is fully furnished, with 3 A/C bedrooms with TV/DVD (Sleeps 14), 2 toilet and bath (hot/cold), backup water supply, one kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, blender etc. We also have a large breezy back porch with 4 hammocks, sound system (USB/CD), BBQ Grill (with coals) and has a beautiful scenery. Only 3 mins drive from the city and 8 mins walk from the beach, you will absolutely love your paradise away from home.

Our breathtaking 31 x 11 feet swimming pool has two levels, a 4 feet deep area which slopes into deeper 5 feet deep area. The pool also has a hoop, so guest can enjoy an exciting game of pool basketball. The pool deck has lounge chairs, so those opting not to get wet can lean back and enjoy the cool breeze. The pool also has 2 water fountains which sprays water and creates a wonderful ambiance. With 3 underwater lanes, this pool is great for swimming races and swim training. Our pool uses an advance sand and chlorine filtration system, which keeps the water clean and clear.

Rental Prices:

Package 1: (Facilitates up to 15 persons/3 Bedrooms)
TTD $1650 per night on weekends and public holidays.
TTD $1350 per night on weekdays from Monday - Thursday.

Package 2: (Facilitates up to 7 persons/Weekdays Only)
TTD $1000 per night, not including public holidays


Notices:
Check-in Time: From 3PM of the first day booked
Check-out Time:Before 3PM of the afternoon after your last day booked
Check-in and Check-out Times can be adjusted accordingly.
On weekdays, Monday-Thursday, booking would be for 2 days and one night, from 11AM to 5PM of the afternoon after the night booked.
A refundable TTD$500. security deposit must be made for all bookings.
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total rental cost must be paid on an agreed date, before the booking date.
